Meanwhile, compatible operating systems include Red Hat Enterprise Linux versions 4.x, 5.x; FreeBSD-RELEASE versions 7.3, 7.4, 8.0, 8.1, 8.2; CentOS versions 4.x, 5.x; and CloudLinux 5.x. cPanel also supports configurations and software drivers that run under Microsoft. Nevertheless, cPanel recommends that people who wish to install cPanel use a system that exceeds the minimum hardware and software requirement stated above, especially for those who wanted to use a multiple number of accounts and domains. cPanel is also designed only for commercial hosting. They do not provide dynamic or sticky IPs.
